Our apartment house is located on the Pest side of Budapest in the middle of the 13th district (Béke tér) in Országbíró Street. You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes with the tram Nr. 14. The tram stop is located 300m far from the apartment house.

There are 133 fully equipped studios and apartments with American style kitchen in the building, most of them has balcony and some of them air-conditioning. We offer 24 hour reception service for our guests. The huge space, friendly character of the apartments and the comfortable beds help you to feel like at home. We have closed parking places and underground garage.

Equipment of the apartments: sofa bed, some of them pull-out, coffee table, TV, telephone, writing desk, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, vent hood, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, towels, ironing board, dinner set, glasses, dishes.

There are also smaller seminar rooms upstairs in the house at our guests' disposal. Furthermore you can find a large conference room suitable for up to 120 people. This conference room is equipped with sound system, we can provide over-head projector.

Premium Restaurant and Café has a modern style, and it is suitbale for 50 persons. It has a cozy terrace and we are able to provide a great location for family re-unions and company events.

We provide traditional Hungarian and international dishes, and we have a wide selection of beverages, coffees, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Hungarian wines. We also provide free internet and plazma display all day.

Services for rent: plasma TV, washing machine, home movie system, play station, various packages of Internet and TV.
