The building was built 2007 on a most beautiful part of Zamárdi-felső, 112 km from Budapest, 8 km from Siófok, 200 m from the railway-station, but the lake Balaton is only 200 from there.
The apartment house consists of 15 single apartments. In the apartments can 4 persons comfortable relax. In all accomodations can be found a living-room, a well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gascooker, as well as 2 double-room with terrace, a bathroom (bath) and toilette.
In all apartments there is a Tv with 30 chanels as well as an air conditioning for the swelter. In front of the houses there are 15 private parking place for our guests.
Not far from the house we can found a food-store and restaurant. In Zamárdi you can amuse several ways: tennis, mini-golf, horse-riding, paddleboat, line-fishing, surf, beachvolleyball, boat-trip and thermal-bath (within 20 km) . We can rent bycicle.
