In Budapest currently there are 3 underground lines (M1, M2, M3), which help you reach any point of the city quickly and easily avoiding the traffic jams. The following list helps those who are looking for accommodation near underground lines for the sake of rapid and smooth transport: M1 - the yellow underground line: between the stations "Mexikói út" and "Vörösmarty tér" on the Pest side. It connects the suburban part of the city with the centre.
M2 - the red underground line: connects the station "Örs Vezér tere" with "Déli Pályaudvar" (Southern railway station), hereby the Pest side with the Buda side.
M3 - the blue underground line: between the stations "Újpest Központ" and "Kőbánya Kispest". This underground runs on the Pest side from North to South.
